Since we are aware of the fact that your home must be comfortable, we are now offering you a new living standard in a unique, distinctive, safe building.
LUX RESIDENCE is built using high quality materials, complying to all safety and durability european regulations. Its total area is 2.345 sqm.
The B+G+5 building also has a parking lot for 42 vehicles, the entrance being made through a gate with automated and electric access and an exterior parking lot for 15 vehicles. They are both permanently supervised.
The residential complex also includes a reception and security place as well as another one for the management of the housing unit (mail delivery, storage area, sanitary group, etc.).
Since we know safety is very important to you and your family, LUX RESIDENCE is supervised 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by special personnel trained for this.
The access inside the building and garage is secured, and the common areas and the parking lot are safe due to the video surveillance and monitoring system.
The infrastructure of the building is made out of reinforced concrete and allows subsequent modifications to the divisions of the apartments. The complex also includes a civil protection shelter and an interior fire hydrants system.
LUX RESIDENCE has an Otis elevator for 6 people, Otis company being well-known for the quality of its products.
The height of the apartments allows an easy access when it comes to furniture transportation directly from the garage using either the elevator or the interior stairs.
Common spaces (stairs, lounge, reception, security) have tile floor imported from Italy.
Each apartment has thermal and phonic isolation in the floor, and for the whole building we used a Caparol isolation system.
The meters for the utilities are place outside each apartment, and the modern technical equipment allows periodical check or repair if needed.
