LUX RESIDENCE offers large private apartments, exactly as you want, in a safe and distinctive community. The interiors are modern and beautiful and have a certain touch that can shape a whole new lifestyle for you. The apartments are highly adjustable for decoration and personalization due to their quality and modernity.

The apartments are handed over having white washable painting, thermal and phonic isolated floors, being ready for the final arrangements. You can choose yourself the parquet in the rooms, the faience and the slate in the bathroom, kitchen and hallway selecting the colour tone you want.

The balconies are spacious, 1.5 m large, with stainless balustrade and a PVC sliding. Balcony plywood is made out of anti slippery granite slate tiles imported from Italy.

There are large PVC windows, the colour of the walnut, with thermal bridge and double glazing windows produced by LowE+Argon.

The doors, imported from Italy, have a modern design (rounded door case) and the same colour as the windows.

The interior stairs of the duplex apartments have a modern design, made of massive wood and metallic elements, and a special storage box in each apartment.

The individual Wiessman 30 kw central heating system, with timed thermostat, ensures the distribution of hot water in the entire system incorporated in the floor, with aluminium pipes made in Italy. In the kitchen the heating system is in the floor, while in the bathrooms radiators have towel support shape.

Each apartment from LUX RESIDENCE is equiped with colour video interphone. The main functions of this system are:

- Communication: ensures the connection with the security service, with the
  other apartments from the complex and controls the video access in the
  building;
- Alarm: panic button which alarms the security service and has smoke detector
  sensor, magnetic sensor for the entrance door and movement sensors;
- Telephony: it is equipped with a phone with speaker option.

The apartments have air-conditioning system (in the living-room), cable-TV, voice and data transmission, colour videophone installed.

Each apartment has isolation system in the floor, and the meters for the utilities are placed outside each apartment.
